That Country Leaders cannot take more than corrupt money from any investigation they take part in on each other or anyone else. And anyone else taking money from a leader, must also follow this same law.
Punishment proposed: 5% of the money confiscated illegally debited from the guilty by the Reserve Bank, audits can be conducted by Courts of the Law, Federal and above. Not affecting IFW Global Approved Authorities.
