From Afghanistan to Sudan and then to South Sudan. The proposal is to extend the waterways from Afghanistan underground to Sudan through larger than Australia’s train tunnels diggers. Then to tunnel up the newly constructed clearway underground and create water throughout Sudan and South Sudan. This construction is urgent and is due to commence soon.
