The development of Policeman/Policewoman is very important to me, and the future development plans I have for Sudan and South Sudan. I have intentions of providing support for this development throughout these two countries over the next few years. Recruitment should begin from training in an elite country and contracting the newly trained officers into the country for longer periods of time, until the countries are stable enough to stand for themselves. I will work closely with the United States on this support
